Day 22 - How have you changed in the past 2 years?
Uuuuh, I don’t know if I’ve changed much, I still trust people really easily. I’m a bit smarter, business wise since I’m studying Management. My parents finally consider me an adult. I guess my goals have changed since the relationship with the guy I had assumed I would marry ended. That’s a hard question.

Ugh
I miss that unreasonably good feeling of being stupidly in love. Of knowing you’d do anything for them no matter what and feeling that warm glow knowing they feel the same. It seems I am well and truly no longer in love with the boy I thought I’d love forever, but is it bad that I feel weird not loving someone?

Day 20 - How important you think education is
I think education is important but a lot of it depends on what you want to do in life. For example if you want to be a tradesman or a machinery operator, so long as you have goof literacy, math and finance skills then high school diploma’s or university degrees are largely useless. I’m personally in university at the moment but it really is a personal choice.

Day 19 - Disrespecting your parents
I think that it’s a waste or time and unbecoming of any child. I have a very strong sense of family due to my culture and upbringing. I love my parents and even when I was an angry teenager I never disrespected them.

But I just don’t. I wonder if it’s the media bombardment of guilt inducing adverts telling me millions are dying and if only I did something it would fix it. Which is stupid, there’s 1% of the population out there that could probably afford to fix all of Africa up with clean water and hospitals and schools, but they don’t. Hmm

Day 18 - Your Beliefs
I don’t follow any religion. But I believe in good morals such as honesty and generosity and just being a good person. Possibly believe slightly in karma but in a more grounded human way not a higher power making karma happen. I believe abortions should be your own choice, that the death penalty should be legal in New Zealand, that our police should be armed. Just rambling now….
